Comprehensive Care

The accumulation of plaque and calculus around the teeth and under the gums can cause a cascade of dental problems like tooth decay, gingivitis, bone loss, halitosis (bad breath), and eventually, tooth loss. Routine cleanings with our top-notch professional team can help you maintain great oral health for a lifetime.

Composite Fillings

Composite is one of the materials used to create a tooth filling - a process used to repair cracks, holes or spaces that form in teeth and can result in infection, sensitivity or tooth decay. Composite fillings are provided by your Fairbanks dentist in a single session and are not regarded as an invasive procedure.

Crowns

A crown completely covers a tooth to act as a new surface and return the tooth to a healthy appearance. Crowns are often the best choice for teeth that have been broken or decayed, but the root is still healthy, not requiring complete replacement. When you first visit your Fairbanks dentist for a crown, an impression of your teeth will be made with an intraoral scanner. This scan will allow the dentist or dental laboratory to design a crown that perfectly mimics your overall dental structure.

Partial Dentures

This denture is removable and only requires that you have two teeth on either side of your dental arch. Partial dentures are constructed to exactly mimic your dental structure so that it is almost impossible to tell that they are in place. There are several types of partial dentures designed for any dental makeup. Partial dentures are usually appropriate for patients that do not require a full set of dentures and cannot afford other options such as dental implants.

Bridgework

A dental bridge (referred to as bridgework) is a restorative dental process used to replace a tooth. Once the bridge is attached, a crown can be placed that will replace the missing tooth. Typically, permanent fixed bridges require a crown to also be placed on the neighboring tooth to prevent slippage or loss of the replacement crown.

Implant Restoration

Once your implant has been placed by the specialist, we'll take a detailed intraoral scan and send it to our lab, where your custom implant crown or bridge will be professionally crafted.

Occlusal Guard

An occlusal guard is a removable plastic retainer that is custom-designed to fit either the upper teeth or the lower teeth.  Often referred to as a night guard or splint, they are recommended by the dentist when surfaces of the teeth have been damaged by grinding or clenching.

Whitening

Whitening is a process whereby tooth bleaching lightens the color of teeth.  We offer custom-trays and a kit to deliver lightening agents to the teeth.
